Ancona, 26th June 2014 – M/Y Chopi Chopi 80 m, flagship of CRN, part of the Ferretti Group specialising in the construction of fully-customized displacement megayachts, made of steel and aluminium, from 40 to 90 metres, is the co-protagonist of Fiat’s international advertising campaign, created for the launch of the new Fiat 500 Cult into the European market. The flagsgip of the shipyard is displayed in all its majesty in the “Yacht” commercial, created by the Leo Burnett agency and directed by Ago Panini (Alto Verbano production), an ironic look at the juxtraposition between simplicity and luxury. The commercial sees two important international icons of ‘Made in Italy’, Fiat 500 and CRN M/Y Chopi Chopi, brought together for the first time in an elegant and…

This method has been chosen with the naval architect Marc Lombard, to save weight when keeping aluminium hulls. This 85’ catamaran offers spaces and performs like a 100’-110’ monohull but with a reduced draught, more comfort and increased stability. Fitted with a carbon mast and boom, her sail area is that of a high performance sailing yacht. The hydraulic winches installed on the flybridge are well-suited to manoeuvring with a reduced crew. This yacht is equipped with…
