According to the publication Dockwalk's website, the crew of the motoryacht Norwegian Queen came to the rescue of two people in a boat that was taking on water off the coast of West Palm Beach, Florida. They were approximately 3/4 of a mile  offshore, when they noticed two people waving a white shirt and a life vest. The two men then jumped in the water as the boat began to capsize.

According to Dockwalk's Online Forum, "USGC Petty Officer Kevin Buchanan reported that the two men were rescued and brought on board by Norwegian Queen's crew, who radioed in the information. The men were picked up by the Palm Beach Sheriff's Unit 6 team and brought in to Phil Foster Park. No injuries were reported."

Dockwalk also reported that, "The cause of the 18 foot boat capsizing is unknown, and because the owner declined commercial salvage assistance, the boat drifted to shore between Riviera and Boynton beaches."
